Service Provider
Agreement

This Service Provider Agreement is made between Hi Needy Provider App and the service provider whose details are mentioned in this form.

1. Purpose

The provider agrees to offer services or products through the Hi Needy platform to customers.

2. Provider Responsibilities

• All submitted information and documents must be correct.
• Services must be delivered honestly and professionally.
• Provider must maintain respectful behavior with customers.
• Illegal, fraudulent or misleading activity is strictly prohibited.
• Provider is responsible for service quality and customer satisfaction.

3. Payment Terms

• Company may deduct up to 10% service charge/commission on orders, bookings or services.
• Commission/service charges may vary depending on service category and platform policies.
• Remaining payment will be settled within 2 working days after successful completion.
• Provider is responsible for applicable taxes/GST and legal compliances.
• Company may revise commission percentages in future with prior notification.

4. Account Rules

• One provider can maintain only one active account.
• Fake bookings or fraud activities are prohibited.
• Company may suspend or terminate account for policy violations.

5. Cancellation & Refund

• Provider must inform customers in advance for cancellations.
• Refund disputes will be handled as per company policy.

6. Liability

Company acts only as a marketplace platform. The provider is solely responsible for services/products offered.

7. Termination

Company may suspend or terminate provider account if fake information is submitted, excessive complaints are received, or fraud/misconduct is found.

8. Acceptance

I confirm that I have read and understood all terms and agree to follow platform policies.
